South African Govt says Airways might exit administration this month

At the end of the month, South African Airways could exit administration and a decision on an equity partner for it could be made by the end of March, the Department of Public Enterprises (DPE) of South Africa said on Wednesday.

According to Reuters, the DPE, the ministry responsible for SAA, said in a presentation that now that an appropriation act had been passed, the remainder of a 10.5 billion rand ($702.4 million) bailout will flow to the airline.
